Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Zyfolks ("Zyfolks", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to zyfolks.com and clients engaged with our AI, automation, blockchain, and custom software services. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Who We Are
Zyfolks is a software services company that builds AI-powered software, automations, intelligent agents, blockchain solutions, and custom applications for businesses. You can reach us atsupport@zyfolks.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to run the site and respond to inquiries:
- Contact form submissions — name, email address, phone number (optional), and the message you send us.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referrer, and timestamps. This is collected in standard server logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies — small files stored on your device to keep the site functional and measure usage. See Section 7.
- Client engagement data — if you become a client, we handle project-related data under a separate services agreement.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries, quotes, and consultation requests.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the website and its content.
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information. Zyfolks does not use your data to train AI models. Where a third-party service is involved (see Section 4), that provider's own terms govern how it handles data, and we link to each provider's policy so you can check it.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small set of trusted third parties to deliver the site:
- Cloudflare Turnstile — used on the contact form to prevent automated spam. Turnstile may process technical signals from your browser. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
- Google Analytics 4 — measures how the site is used (pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, device and browser). It sets cookies in your browser and sends this data to Google. We use it to understand which pages are useful and whether people find what they came for. See Google's privacy policy, and Google's opt-out add-on if you would rather not be counted.
- Zybo AI chat widget — the assistant in the corner of the page is our own product, loaded from
widget.zybo.ai. Anything you type into it is sent to that service so it can answer you. Do not put confidential information into the chat; use the contact form or email instead. - Hosting and CDN providers — process network requests and may maintain access logs for operational and security reasons.
- Email providers — deliver inquiries you submit through the contact form to our team inbox.
We only share data with third parties to the extent needed to operate these services.
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Object to or restrict processing in certain cases.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@zyfolks.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity first.
6. Data Retention
We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period. Server logs are retained for a short window for security and debugging. Client project data is retained for the term set out in the relevant services agreement.
7. Cookies
Functional cookies are needed for the site to work correctly — for example, remembering whether you chose the light or dark theme, and keeping track of form state.
We also use Google Analytics 4, which sets its own cookies to measure traffic. These are analytics cookies, not advertising cookies, and we do not use them to build advertising profiles or share them with ad networks — but they are cookies, and they are not strictly necessary for the site to function.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on to exclude yourself from Analytics entirely. Disabling functional cookies may affect site functionality.
8. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International Users
Zyfolks is based in India. If you access the site from outside India, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in India or in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any such transfer is protected.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Please review periodically.
